Yes. A monthly plan stays active through the month you've paid for, and a yearly plan through the year you've paid for; once cancelled it simply doesn't renew. To cancel, email info@spiritify.ai.
No. Joy has no camera. When she listens, speech is encrypted end to end and turned into text on Spiritify’s own servers, and the audio is not kept.

Yes. Choose Yearly in the order box to pay 12 months of your plan up front and save 20% on the plan. The Joy device price stays the same, and the plan renews each year until you cancel.
Yes. Use the invoice request form at the bottom of this page. We'll email an invoice with net-30 terms that you can pay by bank transfer (ACH) or card, and we're happy to work with your purchase order and tax-exempt certificate.
Checkout runs on Stripe, a PCI Level 1 certified payment processor. Your card details go straight to Stripe; Spiritify never sees or stores them.
